It appears he has some stiff competition due to the fact that the GOP does not feel he is RIGHT enough. McCain Explodes C 2009 The Washington Post Company

In the four months since the presidential race, the former Republican nominee has been, for the most part, a graceful loser, returning to the Senate to lead the loyal opposition with dignity. But yesterday, he exploded.

"I hope the American people will rise up -- rise up!" he exhorted on the Senate floor, chopping the lectern with his hand.

He growled. He roared. He flushed. He sputtered. He glared at colleagues. He hurled angry words, words such as "slap in the face" and "outrageous insult" and "disgraceful" and "theft" and "corruption."

"If it sounds like I'm angry," the senator from Arizona explained, "it's because I am."

This disclosure hardly seemed necessary. For while McCain's topic was familiar -- he was protesting the inclusion of earmarks in a spending bill -- the source of his ire was less notable than its intensity. His pair of speeches on the Senate floor, delivered within minutes of each other, resembled a public experiment in primal-scream therapy.

McCain went after President Obama. "I just went through a campaign, Mr. President, where both candidates promised change in Washington, promised change from the wasteful, disgraceful, corrupting practice of earmark, pork-barrel spending," he said. Pounding the papers on his desk, he went on: "So what are we doing here? Not only business as usual; but an outrageous insult to the American people."

He went after Daniel Inouye (D-Hawaii), the 84-year-old chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee. "We're going to spend $2 million for the promotion of astronomy in Hawaii ," McCain said with disgust, glancing at Inouye. "I ask the senator from Hawaii : Why do we need $2 million to promote astronomy in Hawaii when unemployment is going up and the stock market is tanking?"

He went after White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, calling his explanation for the existence of earmarks in an omnibus spending bill "disingenuous on its face."

He went after budget director Peter Orszag, ridiculing his call to "move on" from the earmark dispute. McCain's shouts echoed in the chamber: "Nine thousand earmarks, billions and billions of dollars of unneeded and wasteful spending, and the president's budget person says, 'This is last year's business. We want to just move on.' That's insulting to the American people. . . . Does that mean that last year's president will sign this=2 0pork-barrel bill?"

Though C-SPAN beamed McCain's wrath to the nation, only a few lucky senators got to experience it in person. Among them was Thad Cochran ( Miss. ), the ranking Republican on the appropriations panel who only minutes before McCain's tirade said he would support the bill. Cochran, who once said the thought of a President McCain "sends a cold chill down my spine," fell under the Arizonan's chilling glare.

"I want to freely acknowledge that Republicans were guilty of this as well," said McCain, who had been shooting hostile glances at Cochran and pumping his arms in the air. "I've said time after time, there's three kinds of members of Congress: Republican members, Democrat members and appropriators."

McCain seemed to wrestle in recent days with his role. Just last week, he gave a speech with qualified support for Obama's policies in Iraq and Afghanistan . But as he tore into the administration and his congressional colleagues yesterday, the old Mac was back, with full fury.

It was hard to fault McCain on the merits as he described contents of the $410 billion spending bill: $1.7 million for pig odor research in Iowa ; $6.6 million for termite research in New Orleans ; $2.1 million for the "Center for Great Genetics" in New York ; $1.7 million for a honeybee factory in Wesla co , Tex. ; $333,000 for a school sidewalk in Franklin , Tex. ; $207,000 for a tattoo removal in Los Angeles ; $143,000 for an online encyclopedia in Nevada ; and $951,500 for a "sustainable Las Vegas ."

"What does that mean?" McCain demanded. "What does 'sustainableLas Vegas ' mean?" The other earmarks -- for the Alaska PTA, a South Dakota rodeo museum and a robotics center in South Carolina -- sounded little better. "Two hundred thirty-eight thousand dollars for the Polynesian Voyaging Society in Honolulu , Hawaii , when people are out of a job!" McCain railed.. And then there were the earmarks worth nearly $10 million requested by a lobbying company, PMA Group, that was raided by the FBI over its campaign donations.

But only McCain could know for sure whether his outburst was provoked more by the earmarks or by the apparent acquiescence of the man who defeated him in November. "So much for the promise of change," McCain began. Buttoning his coat and straightening his tie, he reminded everybody again that both he and Obama vowed to end earmarks. "President Obama said during the debate in Oxford ,Mississippi , quote, 'We need earmark reform. And when I'm president, I will go line by line to make sure we're not spending money unwisely.' "Instead, McCain said, several table thumps later, "the president will sign this appropriations bill into law -- it's the president's business."

"Here we are promising the American people hope and change and what have we got?" McCain asked, recalling Obama's campaign mantra. "Business as usual. . . . So much -- so much -- for the promise of 'change.' "

A few in the gallery applauded, and the presiding officer called for order. McCain, reunited with his temper, stormed off the floor.

You know I've often thought of Jim Jones in relation to BHO. In fact, there was a special on TV the other night about him, and I asked my daughter to watch it with me. I explained to her how the destitute, poor, and hopeless are always drawn to these charismatic cult leaders. Just as the same were drawn to Obama. It truly is a shame for these people who did put their trust in him, especially African Americans who were so thrilled for the first Black president. Last night she and I watched the film "The Great Debaters" with Denzel Washington. A film of educated African Americans in Texas, 1935, when lynchings were still an every day occurrence. If you haven't seen the film, this Black debate club won college debates across the state then nation, including the grand prize - "white" Harvard.  Last week we watched Schindler's List.

My point being... I want my daughter (15) to understand what hate can do. Hate begets hate. Why we have groups like the Black Panthers, and Rev Wright churches...Because we still have very active KKK groups... Because there are still those institutional walls (education for one) which keep our poor dependent, uneducated, jobless, and still poor.   What gulls me is being a target of their hate because I care. And I want my children to care. And they do.

When these cool-aid drinkers who followed Obama like a savior realize what this man is and where he and the first lady came from [their beliefs,] what horrific role models for our children. Bill Clinton already made a mockery of our highest office in the land with his infidelity, and then lying before a Grand Jury. Sent a poignant message to our young, huh? Maybe it's the Democratic Party that needs "recovery."  Moral recovery? But with the name of God and school prayer forbidden in our public school system, I cringe when thinking of the impact of eight (8) Democratic years of leadership upon our children, especially children who have seen little of the inside of a church.

What have these people given up??? A possible relationship with God. The Word says if you love me, you will keep my commandments. Those commandments include not committing murder (abortion) and not committing homosexuality (which is an abomination to God). Look all this up in the Bible if you don't believe me. The Word also says 'real love' will warn their friends when they are going against God's Word. Going against God and His Word is what makes a person 'ungodly' - 'un' means against or not.

Nov. 5, 2008, 1:30 AM EST: It's with a very heavy heart that I write this. I feel a heavy burden, but it is a burden from the Lord to pray. This is not a time to stop praying, but it is a time to pray more. I felt like I had made a mistake and only thought the Lord had told me and many others that McCain would win, but then the Lord told me McCain did win honorably, but the corruptive and fraudulent votes of the violent stole the election from him. More of the people preferred him, but when more than 100,000's of votes were fraudulent in every state, it looked different. But God knows and so do most of the people. The prophecy below is being fulfilled before our eyes. In that prophecy Foss said the outcome of the election depended on the Christians. I repent for all of us now. We failed by not fulfilling the 'great commission' by winning souls in the past. If we had, there would have been a greater percentage of Christians praying about all the corruption, sin, and greed that has overtaken America in the twentieth century. I am writing to you today an urgent message concerning the coming American election. God has released me to share with you a powerful prophecy He gave me eight years ago. I have shared this prophecy in a number of public meetings, but I have never published it for all our friends and partners.

In January of 2000 God gave me an incredible insight into what was about to happen in the coming elections in America over the next decade.

I am not using this e-mail to tell you, who are citizens of America, who to vote for. However, you need to hear what the Holy Spirit is saying. Never in my 22 years of ministry have I see n such a spirit of delusion released upon our country.

In January of 2000, while the Republican nomination for president was far from being decided, God spoke to me that George W. Bush would be the president of the United States. He told me it would be the hardest fought election in American history. I'm sure we can all remember the incredible battle that took place in Florida. He told me that President Bush would be elected to two terms. He told me that during Bush's term there would be a season of unprecedented economic prosperity.

Now despite what the media has said, the economic wealth created during the last eight years was unprecedented. I know the media and one of the political parties has been trying to paint the last eight years as the worst economic time in American history, but it is absolutely untrue. If you look at the wealth created, there were more millionaires created in the last eight years than any time in history. Multitudes of people were able to sell real estate before the housing market collapse, and received incredible transfers of wealth. I could spend hours showing ocumentation of the wealth created, but suffice it to say, the evidence is there.

God then said to me, "At the end of President Bush's second term there would be an economic collapse." As everyone in the world knows, we have just faced the greatest economic threat since 1929 and the Great Depression. I will speak a little more about the present economic situation a little later in this message.

Every detail that God gave me has come to pass exactly as He said. Now there is one more important thing that God spoke to me. This is the purpose and the reason I am writing this e-mail today. God spoke to me that after George W. Bush, America would elect its most ungodly president ever. I'm going to say that again. God spoke to me that after George W. Bush, America would elect its most ungodly president ever.

As of the writing of this e-mail we are now less than two weeks away from voting for our next president. At this time the polls are strongly showing that the Democratic nominee for president will easily win the White House.

Now in 2006 I began to ask the Lord, "Is that guaranteed to happen in
2008?" He spoke to me very clearly and gave me the key words to what I believe holds this election in the balance right now. He gave me these key words that can forever change what is about to happen in America.

He said, "It depends on the Christians."

I am not going to endorse a candidate, nor am I telling anyone who to vote for. I am simply sharing what God has shown me.

I had a vision earlier this year. I saw Barack Obama in this vision. He was speaking to a large crowd and being broadcast on television. He was speaking incredible words of unity, peace, and bringing all sides together; the words were elegant, the words were comforting, and the words were inspiring.

But while he was speaking I saw a powerful spirit of violence coming out of his spirit feeding into the spirits of those that were hearing him. That spirit of violence was directed at anybody who opposed what he was saying. Those who heard his words and received it had the spirit of violence being implanted inside of them. It was a rage like I have not seen before.

It was the rage that would be unleashed against those who oppose and stand in the way of Barack Obama's agenda. We are already seeing the beginnings of this spirit manifested here in America. The vicious attacks against Sarah Palin have been unlike anything we have ever seen before. The sheer hate for this woman from people who knew nothing about her, and who claim to stand up and protect the little people, and women, has been shocking.

We now see it with Joe the plumber. These people who are under the influence of this demon spirit of rage desire to completely destroy this man because he dared to question Barack Obama. In fact it wasn't just the question; it was because Barack Obama revealed his true agenda that Joe the plumber became a threat. So the supporters of Barack Obama who had been fed and affected by the spirit of violence went into full swing to destroy a fellow citizen; the very kind of person that Barack Obama has been speaking about in his eloquent speeches, saying how he is the only candidate fighting for them.

I want to put this deep in your spirit. I am speaking as a prophet. The words I'm about to tell you are "thus saith the Lord". If Barack Obama is elected, the attacks against free speech, against those who believe differently than he does, and the systematic use of the government and laws to silence the voice of fundamental Christians will be unlike anything ever seen in this nation before.

I have talked to many Christians, including pastors, not only here in the United States but around the world, who strongly support Barack Obama. Many of them are angry with the Republicans, and understandably so. Others are inspired by the thought of electing America's first African American president, while others believe Barack Obama to be a Christian who is very concerned with the poor and
needy. I am not going to address any of the many concerns about Barack Obama and his form of Christianity. I am only speaking the words of thus saith the Lord, and you have to decide what you're going to do with it.

But I want to remind you, every word God has spoken to me over the last eight years and every word which I have prophesied about the American government and the elections has come to pass.

God does not give this prophecy to scare us, but to prepare us.

God said that the 2008 election is in the hands of the Christians. Just like
when God spoke to Jonah about the judgment coming to Nineveh, when the Ninevites repented God withheld judgment; the same can happen in this election. Even though God spoke that America would elect its most ungodly president, He has given us the ability to stay this judgment.

Now you may be asking, "Are you saying that Barack Obama, if elected, would be America's most ungodly president ever?" Yes!

Now I'm not telling you who to vote for. Some people want an ungodly president. That's their choice. I have watched throughout the world, Christians support political leaders who are blatantly ungodly. So again, this is the people's choice.

I believe if the Christians will pray, repent, and hear the voice of God, a
miracle can happen on Election Day. This nation lies in the hands of the
Christians. Will we humble ourselves before God and pray for His kingdom to come and His w ill to be done? Or will we allow our emotions, our feelings, our angers, our greed, our race, the opinions of the media, our fears, to dictate to us and affect who we vote for? If you allow these things to affect you, whether you vote for Republican or Democrat, you are not being led by the Spirit.

We must spend time in deep intercessory prayer and cry out for God's mercy upon America. For all our friends who are not in the United States, if Christianity comes under the assaults that it would under a government controlled by Barack Obama and the Liberal Democrats, it will have horrible negative effects on the Gospel throughout the world.

All truth is parallel. People say when America catches a cold, the world suffers a flu. This present financial crisis is proof of that. When America is moral and bows its knee to God, it has incredible positive spiritual impact around the world. However, we have seen over the last several deca des, when America becomes more immoral that too affects the world.

We need all the Christians around the world to pray for revival to come to America, and for God to have mercy and spare us from this judgment.

Finally, a brief word about the financial crisis. This is not the end time
financial crisis. It is very serious, and it is shaking the foundations of the
world's economic system. But we will come out of this, and there will be a time again of incredible wealth creation. However, the cracks in the financial system will not be healed. The door has been opened and the way is being made for a one world government system to overtake the world's economics.

The world will falsely look at this situation and say that when the governments individually, and with some unified coordination, jumped in to rescue the world, that it prevented a worldwide depression. In the future, when the true end time financial collapse takes p lace, it will be very easy for the nations of the world and the peoples of those nations to allow a new worldwide governing body to come to the rescue. Understand that everything that is happening has a
significant spiritual purpose.

So don't panic by what you see happening today, but take this as a spiritual warning from God. Prepare yourself. Get out of debt. Hear the voice of the Holy Spirit in regards to how you handle money. Let God position you to handle the future complete economic collapse and the overtaking of the world's economic system.

Please pray for America. May God have mercy on us all.

Sarah Palin, as a mayor, she cut property taxes 40 percent and reduced her own salary. She came across as forceful, a trait that attracted the leaders of Alaska's Republican Party. They arranged for her to be appointed to the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission in 2003. Just after joining the commission, Palin led an ethics probe of the commission's chairman, Randy Ruedrich, who was also the state GOP chairman. Facing conflict-of interest-allegations, Ruedrich admitted ethics violations and resigned.
As governor, she opposed a federal earmark for the $400 million so-called bridge to nowhere. She used her veto power to cut nearly $2 billion from the state budget. She was successful in enacting ethics reform legislation. While pushing to develop more energy resources, she increased taxes on oil production, saying the companies had bribed legislators to keep taxes low. PROPHECY TO PALIN: from Pastor Mark Arnold

This past Tuesday, the McCain / Palin Bus came through a little town called, Lebanon, Ohio. The LORD allowed me to go to the Rally giving them a message that He wanted me to personally deliver.

Sunday Night - a burden hit me that would only shake me to my knees - I prayed and wept for our Nation. Never has my heart been so broken before God. I literally interceded for these wonderful people who do not deserve all the hate against them. The GOD-Haters are going to try everything to stop them, but they will not succeed!

God is not pleased with the "bashing" in the News of this "Anointed" person. He has called her for this time! I promised God that I would pray and hold them up in prayer. I would "listen" out and be mindful of where they were. The following day is important in this time-line...because I didn't even know until God spoke to me...

Monday and into Monday Night - the burden of prayer was so heavy that I was literally shaking and could not stop weeping. I didn't know that they were coming to Ohio. I prayed and walked and wept and walked. I prayed and prayed and wept and prayed...

Tuesday at 2:00 A.M. - God spoke these words to me - "...Go turn the Radio on!" Immediately the Reporter's Words were - "McCain & Palin Bus to be in Lebanon later this morning for a 10:00 A.M. Rally!"

Immediately on hearing that news, I heard God again...God said, "You are to go. You will meet them and give them a message for Me!"

I prayed as an intercessor and went to a place in prayer that I don't think I've ever been...because the LORD had just visited me...and I knew I was on a " Mission." I had now been up since Sunday Night...and now it's Tuesday and I've got to go on the "WORD of the LORD." He sure became My Strength as this unfolds...

I didn't stop praying until I drove over to the town and parked the car. The News would later report they were expecting 5,000 people and the actual head-count of those who had been scanned was more than 10,000 people.

I simply obeyed...and God actually told me where to stand, who to talk to...and when to be on the move. I had sure learned on the Mission Field, when God wants to open a door, He will do it at the appropriate time. He always has someone to assist...and even those standing beside you may just be an Angel.

I struck up a conversation with an agent on the ground – he simply said, "I can't allow you to stand here!" Here is where the bus was going to actual pull up to. They had to make a much larger perimeter so the entire area was now being moved back several blocks. The only other thing he told me to do was to go through the metal detector zone and just watch from the back. So, that's what I did.

Due to sensitivity of the Internet...I can't share much of the story as to what happened next was a definite GOD THING ALL THE WAY.

Looking over the shoulders and backs and heads of all those people...I knew it would take a miracle for what GOD told me to do.

As I was standing there, two Boy Scouts came running up my back...literally, they almost knocked me to the ground because they were running so fast behind me...up my back and over to the right. These Boy Scouts were about Junior High Age. Their Scout Leader and several others were behind them...but as the two out front was trying to push through the crowd, saying they were late...the smaller scouts were left in their dust. The Scout Leader who was with a McCain Rep from the State grabbed me and told me bring the other Scouts up front as they try to keep up with the first two that just came through.

I just became the leader of the rest of the Scouts to lead them right up front and center. As the Rep was shouting back at me...to bring the Scouts forward...the people parted just like God parted the Red Sea. I marched them boys right up front and to the right of the stage as one was looking from the back. When I got there I was fifteen feet from the podium. GOD said, "Stand here, and don't move from this spot."

Within five minutes...the bus pulled up and around the other side McCain, Sarah Palin and her husband Todd stepped up and the speeches took off. I was where God placed me...and even Sarah Palin and Todd were standing on my side of the stage. I made eye contact, I gave them thumbs up gestures...and I knew they were just happy to see me standing there. Ha Ha

When they came around the podium and started on the other side, I knew they were coming right toward me, a little lady who stood by me, reached up and told the Rep that they had promised a Picture with her because she was the one who had lost a son in Iraq, recently. The Rep confirmed she would get a pic with them and they would talk to her. When McCain came to hug her... he immediately shook my hand and following his moment with her, I shook his hand as he grabbed my hand, now for the second time, and I said, "God wants you to know that I'm praying for you, Sir!" He thank ed me and kept smiling. I repeated that phrase to him five times. He grabbed my hands and looked right into my eyes and said, "I won't make it without prayer. Sir, Thank You for praying for me, and don't let one day go by that you don't pray for me. I need all the prayers that I can get. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!"

As he moved to my right, Sarah Palin, came over to my left side...standing over the crowd and then looking at the little lady who had lost the son. It took a moment for her to shake some hands and people were pushing in all around. Sarah came and got on her hands and knees on that side of the stage and hugged that little Mom, telling her, "...it was not in vain." She promised her support.
It was at this moment Sarah Palin, reached out for me to help her up and as I was assisting her to stand I was now face to face with her and GOD said, "Open up your Mouth and I will fill it."
Here is what came out...
"God wants you to know that you are a present day Esther!"
[She immediately began to cry]!
"God wants to tell you that you are Chosen for such a time as this!"
"You are called, and chosen to be a leader."
"Don't lose heart and don't fear man."
"The news and nay-sayers and criticizers are going to be very hateful toward you... and in the days ahead they are going to turn up the heat...but do not fear."
"You are a present day Esther." You are an Esther. You are an Esther!
"Keep your eyes on GOD and know that He has chosen you to Reign!"
"Stay strong...be strong...don't tire. Don't be weary in well-doing. Be strong."

At this moment, McCain came right to where I was finishing talking to Todd and I told Mr. McCain exactly what I told to Sarah and Todd Palin.
"Mr. McCain, ...they are called of God and she is an Esther."

He shook my hand and with a deep look of understanding what I had just said, he said, "Thank you for your prayers and support...I really do mean that!"

And he turned and shook more hands...and I watched them as they went through the crowd.
When I got to my car I sat there for quite a long time...knowing the GOD of the Universe had just used me to deliver a message confirming to Sarah and Todd to realize th ey are truly chosen vessels of God.

I wept. I have not stopped praying and crying. My heart is full knowing they had to have all the staging and all the hype and all the crowd...but the GOD of Heaven and Earth...wanted to give them a Divine-God-Appointment!
